Farash Place is a fantastic balance of rebranding an enterprise image and reimagining the health of our city. 255 Farash Place is the east gateway into downtown Rochester and specific site goals are 1) Provide a beautiful, contemporary landscape ‘brand’ to match the mission of the FarashFoundation, 2) Provide ‘good neighbor’ urban landscape amenities, while limiting liability and site risk, 3) Provide for clear and easy circulation and accessibility to all building egress points.
