PRINCIPAL, LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT
Ryan Kelly, PLA
Ryan’s path to becoming a Landscape Architect has taken him across much of the US, Mexico, and China gaining extensive experience in all phases of development: acquisition, design, construction, and operations. His unique ability to quickly take an idea from design to construction while planning for long-term operational costs is a representation of his brand awareness.
Growing up in a golf family, Ryan still enjoys playing in his spare time. He’s also dedicated to health, fitness, travel, reading, and spending time at home with his family.
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, ARBORIST
Andrew Murphy, PLA, ISA
Andrew combines broad project experience with evidence-based design principles to deliver lasting value to our clients. His process focuses on research, quantification, and a thorough generation of design alternatives. Andrew’s experience spans residential and commercial site design, outdoor athletic facilities, landscape master planning, and ecological restoration projects both at home and abroad.
Andrew is an avid reader and outdoor enthusiast. When he’s not at the office Andrew can be found enjoying local music or a new park with his wife and children.
LANDSCAPE DESIGNER
Caitlin Broman
Caitlin possesses a deep connection and respect for the natural world, which is reflected in her design work. This work goes beyond constructing beautiful spaces by strengthening ecological biodiversity, conserving water resources, and working hard to reduce the carbon footprint of project materials. She received her Master’s of Ecological Landscape Design and Planning in Massachusetts where she gained extensive experience working on residential, commercial, and ecological restoration projects.
In Caitlin’s spare time she can be found outside gardening, hiking, foraging, or cultivating mushrooms.
MARKETING & BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Jessica Kelly
A Phoenix, AZ native, Jessica attended Arizona State University earning a Bachelors in Business. She ensures that the day-to-day operations of the RPKLA team runs smoothly and provides key support to the firm.
In her spare time, you’ll find her on the tennis and/or paddle courts. She also enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and 2 cats.
