Children’s Center

The Children’s Center of Brighton is a locally operated, family-owned child care center located in Brighton, NY. The Center is dedicated to providing a unique childcare experience that is specifically designed to meet the developmental, emotional, and educational needs of children. With those intentions in mind, the client wanted to revitalize their outdoor space into an environment that encourages exploration, imagination, creativity, and a connection to nature.

The project scope entailed creating a park-like natural playground to provide opportunities for 1) Active and physical play, 2) Social play, 3) Sensory play, 4) STEM learning, 5) Imaginative/unstructured play
