Kilbourn Place on East

Kilbourn Apartments are 110 unit, new development, located in the Oak Hill neighborhood of Rochester, NY. The property management team is focused on preserving and activating this under-utilized historic home which is part of the development. 

The project scope entails creating an outdoor destination with a variety of activities including 1) Cooking/ dining, 2) Active games, 3) Quiet areas for relaxation all while introducing best management practices through green infrastructure and low impact design.
